VSTS - team explorer is not showing file changes

I have added one class file in my solution but it is not showing in Team Explorer pending changes due to this i am unable to commit changes of this specific file.

If i made any line of change and if i don't save file then only it is showing in changes after saving file again it is removed from pending changes.

can someone help me out this weird issue.

Are you using Git or TFVC?

Does the file actually exist in the folder, or did you add a "linked" file?

If you're using Git, is there anything in the .gitignore file which might match the affected file?

my files are adding automatically but it is not showing in pending changes if i change anything in file.
