Copy files to remote server over SSH in TFS 2018 issue

I tried to copy files to remote server by creating build step(Copy Files Over SSH)
But i am getting this error when connect to this remote server.

failed to connect to remote machine. verify the ssh endpoint details Error: Error: Timeout while for handshake

I can connect this server using remote desktop without any issue. please help me to resolve this error.

Remote Desktop and SSH are two completely different protocols. Being able to RDP to the server doesn't mean that SSH is enabled and working.

I tried TFS extension call RemoteCopy. its also get this error.
"WinRM cannot complete the operation. Verify that the specified computer name is valid, that the computer is accessible over the network, and that a firewall exception for the WinRM service is enabled and allows access from this computer. By default, the WinRM firewall exception for public profiles limits access to remote computers within the same local subnet. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic."
