Wpf report viewer - failed to load microsoft.reportviewer.processingobjectmodel version 13.0.0.0

Good evening. I have WPF project, I used report viewer to generate my reports,
but I've got this error when I try to view report

Could not load file or assembly  Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral

Can any one help me to know what have I to do ?

What I have tried:

I tried to looking for Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel.dll v13.0 to add it in my references but I didn't find any.
