WPF design window: An unhandled exception has occurred!

The designer WPF application doesn't loaded an error message displayed:

Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131401)

Someone can help me?

Some of the answers suggest installing a KB-hotfix, which may be what you need to do.
