How to use Grid View Edit and delete column?

I want to show data from database using Grid view. I also want to edit and delete in the grid view. I want use Telerik RAD grid view control. If anyone used that Rad control please give a solution. I would also encourage to give me normal asp.net gridview control. Please give me a solution. If u've any query u can ask me.
