Searching "assistivetouch" (iOS) for windows as soft-shortcut software

Hello,

I'm currently searching a Software, that works like AssistiveTouch on iOS. That means: (e.g.) a Shortcut starts/activates the SW. The SW itself shows some buttons around the mouse, that can be pressed. Each button has a specific function (e.g. Ctrl+v, Ctrl+Tab, open calculator).

See this picture of what I imagine ("Strg" = "Ctrl").

Does anyone know a SW like this? This would really speed up computer navigation.
