Can anyone solve SQL server 2008 installation in windows 10?

dear all good evening

am trying to install sql server 2008 and after installation am not able to find sql server development tool.

and while installing am getting this error "an error occurred creating the configuration section handler for usersettings/Microsoftsqlserver.configuration..could not load file or assembly

thank you.

The minimum version of SQL Server that is supported on Windows 10 is 2012.

SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2 is NOT supported on Windows 10.

If you're looking for the full versions, there isn't a download link. You have to pay for them.

am trying to install sql server but am getting this error now ""Prior Visual studio 2010 instances requiring update"

Note: i downloaded link which provided(full setup file but "VS10sp1-KB983509.msp" how can i install) i checked in google for this issue. asking me to install VS10sp1-KB983509.msp" this file.
can any one solve this issue?
