How to add your UI interface to your app

hi, i'm actually trying to get some basic information for my upcoming app project which i want to develop AN IOS APP in either C#,Python or swift and for now i decided to start by C# and my question is:

i have designed my own app interface and i need it to be the one on the actual app and i want to know how would i add it or code it into my c# native app??

i already know that for web development you use CSS as the foundation of your style and layouts and i want to know how it works for mobile apps??

What I have tried:

i didn't really try anything at the moment i am still learning

Way, way too big a question for a little text box like this!

We have no idea which mobile OS you are thinking of working towards, so all I can do is give you a "generic" solution. Time to start reading. A lot: Creating Mobile Apps with Xamarin.Forms Book First Edition - Xamarin[^] - the download is free.
