Storing large file and using in full text search / index

Hello,

I am looking for a provision to store Large Files, size can go up to 10 GB, in Database and using the Full Text Search feature in SQL Server 2014 or Oracle 11g (you can suggest me another versions). I have looked in many articles but didn't get clear information on this.

And if you have some experience and already done this then
1. What is the best way to initiate the save from GUI to upload the file in DB?
2. How is the performance of Full Text Search?

Hello, It is the client requirement to keep things intact in one place. Also there are more reasons like to control the access and monitor it.
