What controls do you and Microsoft use with WPF?

I'm starting in WPF and I need advanced controls that do not require as much work as those that come with Visual Sudio 2017. I'd like to know what controls Microsoft's computer programmers use to create their programs with WPF and I wanted to ask what controls do you use. Thank you.

I know DevComponents for Winforms.

My Company uses the controls from infragistics. However the account is expensive. These controls are advanced but also need some work to get them like you want.

Telerik UI for WPF[^] I have found to be very good - Their UI toolbox has over 110 WPF controls and one-on-one & forum support is very good.

DevExpress WPF Controls[^] is another.

And lastly, Syncfusion Essential Studio for WPF[^] is another. They also have a FREE Community Licence[^] that gives you access to 800+ Free controls and frameworks for .NET (Windows Forms, WPF, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, LightSwitch, Silverlight, Windows Phone, WinRT, Windows 8), iOS, Android, Xamarin and JavaScript platforms.
