Which site can I learn to develop a messaging website?

please my problem here is that a want to learn to develop messaging site or social media from scratch,but i can find a site to learn,and i also need to know the best languages to focus while learning.

What I have tried:

i have try to google it out but do not find what i want.

1. Learn to search better.

2. Use whatever language you are comfortable with.
