Wcf-binding-mismatched.how to resolve following error?

I have created a wcf service and hosted. After hosting i had tested the service using wcftest client it is working fine. But after adding same service to windows schedular it is not working. I am getting followinf error in windows service while accessing the service:-
I am posting the web.config file of service and windows schdular.

{"The remote server returned an error: (415) Cannot process the message because the content type 'text/xml; charset=utf-8' was not the expected type 'application/soap+xml; charset=utf-8'.."}

Help appretiated.
