No, there isn't, for two reasons:
1) They are different - indeed, competing - operating systems, and they don't do anything in a "generic" way, particularly when it comes to booting up.
2) Running a Windows app on MAC OS doesn't work directly: it's possible, but you need to use a VM, or Wine, or similar:
