How to deploy C# application on raspberry pi 3 device using visual studio 2015?

Hello,

I have raspberry pi 3 device running windows IoT core OS. I am using windows 7 and visual studio 2015 community. And I have WPF application (say on button click display the 'hello' message) I want to run this application on my device.
so how to meet this requirement. can any one suggest me step by step as I am fresh for like this stuff.

What I have tried:

I spent couple of days on internet, I got some reference but that all using Universal windows project or background application, but that is possible with windows 10 and as I mentioned I am using Windows 7 on my pc.

You need windows 10 for deployment UWP application in Windows IoT OS.

For UWP we need win10, but I have WPF application, and win7
what we can do for this? any suggestion plz.
