How to set our website page as browser default page using asp.net c#

Dear Experts,

I have created a webapplication in asp.net c#. and hosted in IIS 7. its working fine.
This is Intranet Application.

When User opens the link a popup page is displayed.
Here, I want to add YES or NO Buttons
When User Clicks YES this webiste must become default to the browser.
When he opens New Browser the Same website must open.

Just Want to make it default.

Please can you help me.
