Tableau - dashboard (...use column to filter another worksheet)

I have two worksheets in one dashboard. I need to have the second worksheet to be filtered on all unique elements from one of the columns in the first worksheet.

Exp. Worksheet 1
ID 49, 107 and 244

All the records in worksheet 2 with an ID of 49, 107 and 244 would show up.

So it's based on all the unique values that show up in one column in the first worksheet.

What I have tried:

I tried using the Dashboard action filter and it works when I Hover, Select or use Menu but I just need worksheet 2 to change to the unique values (...from worksheet 1) automatically as worksheet 1 changes.
