Create webhook URL for wechat

The webhook should lead to some C# server side code that can parse the POST request WeChat sends back to our side. We provide the token as a security confirmation.

This URL then gets put into the WeChat registration form. Right now what all that's required initially is to see what gets sent to us from the WeChat side in the POST body - is it XML or JSON?
