How to much a online TV website?

Hello .

I have a project which customer want to make online tv on their website.

I have a server, have a channel of nation television. Now i want, my channel can publish to website, browser can view my channel at real-time.

Please give me some advices or some userfull solution to solve its.

And, what's video streaming? I hearing about its but don't have any expericen with its.

Thank for reading.

Website will built in asp.net, sql server, C# language.

BTW: For such kinda feature it would be good if you use Silverlight to stream Media[^].
