How to complete this set of task in sharepoint which can do the following

THIS IS MY LIST
a. Asset Code
b. Asset Name
c. Asset Category – lookup
d. AssigndTo
e. AssignedFromDate
f. AssignedTillDate
g. Status
THIS IS THE REQUIRMENTS
2. Admin has rights to view all the assest from asset list and create / update/ Assign / delete asset.
3. Admin will create new asset in asset list based on acquisition of new asset.
4. User can view the List of asset available and put request for assignment for self use.
5. Request goes to his immediate supervisor for approval.
6. Once supervisor approved the request, it goes to admin got asset allocation.
7. User can view the list of current assets assigned to him / her.
8. User can release the asset assigned to him / her.

What I have tried:

i have just completed the list and entered the data please provide the solution for this
