Sharepoint designer 2013 "the server could not compete your request"?

"The server could not compete your request"?
then
an error occured while trying to fetch your SharePoint Site.
No Details but at the end
It said that I don't have permission and I need to have account with a permission to do it... so Could any one help in this issue?

What I have tried:

I tried to enable anonymous authentication on my web application but nothing happen.
I tried to review permission on the content and configuration but nothing happen.
I reviewed that my web application enabled to used by designer through the Central admin.
I opened the log but nothing clear about SharePoint Designer.

Solution 1

Please try to open the SharePoint designer with admin rights by right click on the designer and select "Run as administrator" privilege
