Keyboard pops up when linkbutton is clicked in ASP.NET webapplication using ipad

I am building a web application using asp.net and vb.net.
My problem is the site works fine in PC and android phone but when tried using Ipad there is this problem.
Whenever i click any linkbutton or imagebutton on the page the keyboard pops up. Happened in both safari and chrome in ipad.
How to overcome this?

What I have tried:

Enabled cookies.
Enabled Java Script
