How do i add a new dll component for video brodcasting i vb.net 2010

I am trying to add a new component to my vb.net project for video broadcasting but its not doing well. can anyone give me a proper way to add a new dll component in vb.net 2010. also i need a name of the component which i needed for video broadcasting in vb.net 2010.

I there fore need some help for the above specified !!!

What I have tried:

I tried these steps : -

1 : open vb.net

2 : project in menu bar

3 : add reference

4 : com

5 : ----------------------------------------------------

But i couldn't find any dll component for video broadacasting ??????

You need to find the DLL first, add it to your system and then import it into your project. Unfortunately (for you), this site does not provide a software finding service.
