Solution 1

I have no idea how a Graphical Chart was termed to WPF in a Crystal Report!

If you need to know the Graph/Chart options in Crystal Reports then have a look here: Crystal Basics: Charts and Graphs [^]

Design your crystal report the way you want (chart in crystal sample here[^]) and then invoke it in Winforms, ASP.NET or WPF.
