How do I update file which is inserted by jquery

During my upload of images bymeans of using jquery multi selected file in file Upload...Only One file upload control is used.. On my insertion it will inserted into db in single column like
lemon.jpg,apple.jpg,banana.jpg

No I Want Update the file by meaans of gridview click event.. Other Text files,or not problem it will taken by controls....

Now I prob how reshow the images filename while in editing..
