How to solve unityinterface.dll missing error in unity

Hi.
I have downloaded free project from internet. When i try to run exe it's not turning ON the kinect and on change in display(just a blue background). If i try to run unity code it is giving error that unityinterface.dll missing. I tried pasting the dll file in root folder of unity.exe, but no use. then tried installing openni,nite,kinect sensors form driver but no result. Finally i tried using kinect.dll(from microsoft), but there are some methods which are not matching with the kinect.dll.
Please help me to solve this. Thanks in advance.

Do you have the Unity run-time (engine) installed?

If you installed Unity as-whole, than it should be there...
