How to install and where to edit custom controls in VS

Hello. I want to use a 3rd party calendar control for my system. But i dont know how to install and where to edit the calendar. I cant find any tutorial on how to do it. That's the calendar that i want to use for VB.net so im going to convert it. Thanks

You can't find any tutorials on the control, but you've just linked to a tutorial on the control?!
