How can I use screen capture filter with linphone?

I have downloaded "Directshow screen capture filter using C#" source code and executable versions.
And it worked well in other programs, but I can not use it in linphone or Skype.
I want to use this filter in linphone as screen capture plugins, but when I test it in linphone, the captures screen is jittered and noised, color-missed and overtaken.
Who can tell me how to use this filter in linphone.
