Failed message during reboot re: mounting

Regarding your instructions on surveillance camera:
Am trying to set up a shared folder on a windows machine
I am getting an error message "Mounting local filesystems...mount: mount point 0 does not exist" upon reboot.

Additionally, After assuming I can accomplish this: I am not clear what "... an extra folder mounted to the windows folder" looks like.

Thank you for your help.
