Web Service returns "Invalid Clent Credentials"

Hi All,

i have been facing issue with WebService.

i am able to Ping the WS (As it returns status code as 200) but the response failed due to Invalid Client Credentials.
As below -
<info>Invalid client credentials</info>

Can any help me out in this???? :(
