How to save and retrieve stylus ink coordinates and pressure value in text file

Hi Everyone

I am working on a project for tablet PC
Here I need to write on the tablet using a stylus, get the X and Y coordinates and the pressure exerted on the tablet with the stylus, save these values in a text file and retrieve the written material back from the text file.

On googling I found demo projects to save the written material in .isf format, also on exerting pressure on the tablet PC with the stylus, the ink stroke becomes thicker, but i couldn't retrieve the pressure value.
