If you can see a red flag on the question, then report it as spam.
We are having a major spam attack at the moment, and are working to fix it (until the staff wake up and get into the office there isn't a lot we can do quickly)

The automated system has now learned about them, and has started to stop new ones being posted, but it'll be a while before we can clean up properly.

Important note: do not quote the content of sam in your posts: it will lead to your post being detected as spam, and that could mean you accidentally get flagged as a spammer and possibly banned from the site. I'll edit your question and remove it.
