Pretty much, you can't - and if you could, you would annoy the heck out of most visitors: if you could play with my screen, I'd wonder what else you were doing, and I doubt I'd be back.

You could do it if the user is running IE, and he allows you to load an ActiveX control, and he allows ActiveX controls to run (all of which defaults to "No") but the chances of that happening are pretty damn small!
