If the Database has the Datum in Lakhs..How Shall we Speed up the queries to collecting the datum from the database as soon as possible..

While Filtering from the database It takes Lots of Seconds,How to overcome this...

Not enough information. Nevertheless...

A query performance (measured by a speed of execution) depends on many factors, such as:
1) a number of subqueries,
2) a number of indexes,
3) a number of columns returned,
4) etc.
