How to convert English to Mararthi offline in asp.net.

I want to create offline web application which is going to work on intranet where there is no internet connection.

In this application user will type in english in one textbox and automatically marathi will be displayed in other textbox.

So please suggest any solution which will work same as Google Translater API but in offline.

Plz reply ASAP.
