Only thing close to brewery in Houston Ship Channel area is Budweiser Brewery Experience.
Budweiser is an OK beer but yes mild and wet like cold water. Tastes fine on hot summer day of sweating.
Curiously when doing my German thing I had a visit to a Finnish restaurant. Excellent food like reindeer and such and their beer tasted like Bud light. I liked it. I suspect the best of US beer is not exported. There is a strong German/Czech tradition of beer making here in central TX. Shiner, the best.
Yes, finding the newest Beck might be hard, but you can never tell in US.

BYW, Anheuser-Busch has been making their version of Beck since 2012. Beck's parent company, Inbev, merged with Anheuser-Busch. supposedly the same formula with water rules and regs used by Germans is also used here. But German made Beck is still the best.

I haven't had one in years perhaps it is not as good. But to each his own when it comes to taste. Almost every country brews their versions, Italy included of course.

I'm quite certain the Italian version isn't the same, in Italy the most commercial beers have all a persistent and bitter overtone that kills all other flavours.
I love Belgian, Czech and Irish beers (Guinness excluded), mostly the ome with a strong malt flavour and a non persistent bitterness.

Very likely the agreement with IBM stipulates that it must be mentioned. It mentions "four years ago" so before the most recent AI splash so IBM would have been trying to push their own product.

I have created an app that uses RestSharp to interact with a REST API.
The same exact code that run perfectly well on my PC, returns HTML on another PC.
Things I have done:
I have checked the NuGet versions of all packages and they are the same. I have checked the .NET version to make sure they are the same.
The code looks like this but definitely two different responses.

var client = new RestClient();
client = new RestClient(URL);
client.Timeout = -1;
request = new RestRequest(Method.GET);
request.AddHeader("Content-Type", "application/json");
request.AddHeader("Authorization", "Bearer " + token);
response = client.Execute(request);

Just noting that the tag in the header does nothing to guarantee the response body.
You didn't say anything about what the content is so can only guess.
One possible explanation that I have seen multiple times is that an error occurred. So it returns an error message - as html.
Another possibility is you are not running the code you think you are on the other PC. If it fact the html looks right (not an error but has json type attributes somehow) then you can modify the code to return something in addition and then see if that shows up when you install on the other PC. If not you know your install is not working.
