All links in the article point off CP, not inside the article itself, including the table of contents labeled "Jump ahead" albeit back to Log Rocket's website.
Maybe he is new to posting articles on Code Project and is a simple mistake. This would make it Format/Layout issue.

The CodeProject article links to WasmEdge[.]org.
That site links to a GitHub repo[^].
The owner of that GitHub repo[^] lists juntao (Michael Yuan)[^] as a contributor, and the WasmEdge repository is pinned to his GitHub profile.
That GitHub profile is the same one that is linked to from his LogRocket blog post, and from the Twitter account linked to from the same post.
Since the original source was posted less than two months ago, it's entirely possible that Michael has only just discovered CodeProject, signed up, and posted his blog as an article.
It's definitely a "wrong type" - it should have been imported as a blog rather than published as an article. But it's not plagiarised.

I've removed the hyperlink to his profile in case scripts or bots pick this up as open spam

Michael has replied to say that this is a guest article on the LogRocket blog, which obviously complicates matters.
I've suggested he needs to discuss this with Sean, so let's wait and see what happens.

The article is written by Michael Yuan. The CodeProject account was created by someone who works for him, who was asked to post the article here. They may also be planning on posting articles from other members of the WasmEdge project in future.
Definitely a case for @sean-ewington to advise on.
