The plagiarist is: Member 15602972 - Professional Profile
and not Nishika Sharma (although is crappy answer could get nuked as well as irrelevant or wrong, the account should not get punished)
@Sean-Ewington can you please step in and wipe the wrong reports? (One of them is mine, I saw the error after the click, sorry)
EDIT:
have you linked the wrong guy?? or did Richard just confuse the place where he posted the comments?
Solution 2 was written by Nishika Karma (the guy you linked) but Richard commented the plagiarism in the first answer?
