That's weird... I see the comment in the list you posted, but when I hit "view" it goes to the question itself, but I can't see the comment anywhere... (although I can usually see even the deleted comments)

Hi,
Virus scanners are generally unable to scan password protected zip files, so they tend to skip over them. The article Windows Hook Keylogger[^] contains a password protected zip file. The author password protected only the zip file containing the executable.
Microsoft Defender flags the executable inside the password protected zip as Trojan:Win32/Sabsik.FL.B!ml[^]
I would recommend implementing a policy of rejecting articles containing password protected zip files.

I would agree - I suggest this should be brought up in Sugs&Bugs, as it shouldn't be to difficult to add to the standard D/L checks as part of the editor so it doesn't even get to moderation without virus checking.
