Our standard desktop image doesn't include games at all, our browsing is severely restricted, and users don't have necessary permissions to install anything, and we get our laptops if it detects a USB storage device being plugged in, so there's no real way to do something wrong - on our government-issued laptops.

The only thing they could possibly keep tabs on is whether we actually appear to be working (sign-in/out, mouse movement, file access, how often and long our machines go to sleep), but as far as I know, this isn't being tracked. Even if they did that, I could easily write a little desktop app that focuses various opened apps after a specified length of time that no mouse clicks or keyboard activity had been detected.
