Must learn to dance on stilts whose height is greater than their own.
These stilts are made of vertically connected pieces of different types of wood: each type has its own elasticity, deformability limit before breakage, swelling/shrinkage in response to air temperature and moisture, pressure threshold for breaking, resistance to termites, types of fracture or cleavage, etc.
Each piece of wood must be custom designed to take into account all the parameters of every piece above it and below it. Any modification of a piece requires alteration of every other piece, below it, or above it.
Not only does a wanna-be-Royal need to dance in front of a vast crowd ready at any moment to riot, or, throw rotten fruit, or missiles, if there is the slightest misstep ... the stilt-dancer will fall: regardless of the severity of injury to the dancer, the dancer may then be sued for damages. Did I forget to mention that every person in that crowd may have a different idea of what the correct steps are ?
And, above all, the stilt-dancer must wear an attractive face at all times, and use subtle variations to hold the attention of the crowd, most of whom will have the attention span of gnats.
And, the stilt-dancer must never think of the words: "industry standards."

Sixty-odd years ago there was a craze for stilts. We all made them from odd pieces of wood and broom handles. Not sure if what we did could be termed 'dancing', but it was fun at the time.

I prefer "recto-cranial invert" for "a**hole"/"a**hat". Not only does it sound almost medical, but it leads to a natural name for the condition - "recto-cranial inversion". It also pluralizes and allows for a prefix describing the severity and/or origin.

OMG! Again! 
But here is the trick.. I work with the same people, doing the same work, having same pay.
But now I am directly employed by EA. (i.e. Electronic Arts) instead of going though an agency. And I have leave and sick days on top (so, really, a little bit of money increase  )
