I went for spam, the referral tag is for me a kind of self promoting that is not needed to reach the site for the "academical value".

My thoughts on the less obvious ones
RomanElias - his profile image is taken from an article on how to present your profile image! Usually a tell-tale sign of a spammer in the making
zyrous - the profile reads like an advert so spammer for me
Test Moonsite - as you say. Weird name for a legit user, smells of bot testing.
