The problem is: Who is going to write that carefully crafted error message ?
The brain-trust that make up the typical employee cadre where I work, and probably most anyplace that that isn't full of techies, can hardly frame a valid question if it's not a text message in both quality and utility.
Or, as I should have put it: the dumb asses don't know how to do anything and, working from home, no one is around to hold their hand to get them through it.
So - of course - what you think should be done would really be great. If only there were someone on the other end who can handle it.
Note: Screen-capture part finally worked out to my satisfaction. SMTP mail is next.

Well, in this climate, Passover coincides with Spring and (at least once per year) one is induced to clean ones house.
As for hay fever - perhaps I forgot to mention I have a great deal of stock in Kleenex?
I just think you have shoveled enough snow to understand how nice it is to see crocus' start to push through the ground an bloom (even if it is snow-covered) - and the smell of the air is not the bite of cold in your nose but the symbolic renewal of life.
I can help you - should you be around here in the winter and it snows, you can try your hand at the fine are of shoveling; if you drive, the unspeakable thrill of spinning out on "black ice". However, no pollen.

It's odd though because I notice that it looks 3-D from one side, but 2-D from the other side and of course none of the news covered it properly. It looks like it only has two sides of the cube, right? Maybe there is something inside those two sides holding it up???
The mystery isn't really about who put it there. It's more about how it can continue to stand upright.
