Our tree went up at the beginning of December. The decorations have steadily migrated to the top front quadrant of the tree to try to keep them away from one of the cats.

It hasn't worked[^]. Laugh | :laugh:

I can understand your mood after the year you've had.

To brighten your mood.

We have a cat.
We have a tree.
We have lametta (like a shredded tinsel) on said tree.
Said cat like lametta.
We call the cat tinkle butt at xmas because he likes to eat lametta.

Then we have to chase the cat around the house because it usually doesn't always come all the way out by itself.

I have young children, so this time of year is fun for me. The train I set up around the tree has certainly seen better years though. I've given up on keeping the track together and the train upright. Laugh | :laugh:

My wife and I haven't finished decorating yet - this weekend. We don't use tinsel because our cat would eat the stuff.
