This article[^] is getting flagged as spam.
The only "bad" thing I can see is he is pointing two link for downloads to a generic download-platform.
The other two links are to github (allowed).
If the article gets nuked due to quality... I am fine. I did report it as unclear / incomplete.
But I am not sure if it should be nuked for spam... at least not the account without having some words with him because I don't see it as malicious spam.
Could you have a look and talk with him (and wipe the spam reports if proceed)?
EDIT: It got nuked while writing this message. I get "We're sorry, but the article you requested could not be located."
Before I could still see the article with a "closed due to XXX" banner in the upper side.
Not sure which kind of report won at the end though. I hope you can still find it in your DB and find out the user in case you want to talk to him.

I'm afraid I had already deleted the article. I wasn't too sure about it myself. It concerned me, so I didn't give them a gentle explanation of what looks like spam, but a generic overview of why their submission was bad. But because the article is deleted I can't see who it was now, so I can't send another message.
