It is a recursive bug.
I have already raised it in the B&S and I say @Matthew-Dennis from time to time when it happens again.
But I suppose it is a nasty one or a not so important as other so it gets moved back to the end of the list.

How did you find the new link? The article disappeared from the moderation queue, so I wouldn't have any idea where to look for it.

I went to your link, I saw the draft, I clicked in the revisions list, then in the "1" and published the new working link (without article title)
As unlogged member (I just tried) is not reachable.
I don't know if you might get it or is due to my protector batch.
