It's all interesting, but in practice the latest C++ version I was ever able to use in practice was C++14 - and that only on one small project. Most times I am lucky if I can use C++11.

C++11 added lots of useful things. Since then, yawn. But maybe I'm not doing the sort of software that would benefit from it.
