Depends on your rep: Go to your home page and select the "Privileges" tab - that should tell you what you can do.
And check the bottom of the message, if it says "edit" then you can.

Yeah - my bad.
For some reason Nelek's report posts use a different URL system (".../Members/Username") to "most posts" which use the member ID ("...Membership/View.aspx?mid=MemberIDNumber"). I'd prefer the MID which can't be changed, unlike the username.
I'll probably have to resolve the username to a MID and compare them in future. Yeuch. I think a complete rewrite is in order here ... the code is getting quite scrappy, and a full rewrite wouldn't hurt. I threw the original together pretty quickly, so it's not good quality code anyway... 
Now all I need to do is find the time ...

Each of those is over 30 minutes, so I post them when I have the time and the mood.
