What I "reported"/asked above was about three (questionable) answers from one and the same member. Meanwhile it looks like member deleted two of them.

Do you reffer to the #1 down votes in the link you posted? In case yes, at least Bill shows that it was him. Mostly #1 votes will be done anonymously.
