At the time I reported this it was in moderation, not a draft.

Even though:
- member joined today
- article is low quality
- linking to an external tutorial site

So reporting as spam was the choice for me. But as you suggested, let's wait for @matthew-dennis

I am not saying the report is not correct and I actually reported him too.

But the change into a draft and the empty name when pasting it again is part of a previously posted issue, that he could not recreate and he asked me to tell him if it happened again.

That's what I did and then I tried to keep it alive so far, that he can have a look in a live situation
