It's a commercial enterprise looking for contributors to a related open-source project. Looks legit to me, but I wanted to bring it to the attention of those who are more experienced with this kind of thing.

Yes, I saw the bio and looked at their website and GitHub project. In one way, they're advertising a commercial product. It doesn't bother me, provided that the free version is useful and doesn't expire. The owners of this site, however, may not want to allow unpaid advertising.
